Our full service also includes logistics, in which we handle the storage, coordination and transportation of all your event materials. Logistics can become one of the most stressful factors of event productions if something is not planned properly. That's why we take great pleasure in doing this, using our expertise to conduct flawless planning and coordination. We keep all your event materials in good condition in our warehouse and ensure that all necessary items are delivered on time during your event, built up and taken down after the event as well.
Warehouse
At our location in Amsterdam, we have a beautiful warehouse where we can safely store your event materials. After years of logistical nightmares, we now have a warehouse where we can store everything ourselves and are not dependent on external parties. This means more peace for us but also more security for you as a client and the materials that are important for your event. We bring in all materials and then transport them to the event location in 1 go.
Our warehouse also allows you to store your materials after your event without worrying about security, insurance or the condition of the materials. This gives you but also us easy insight into the inventory of materials so we can order new or additional materials quickly and on time.
Coordination of event materials
Building an event begins with detailed logistics planning and preparation, with site visits playing a major role in getting this planning right. We handle the entire coordination and communication with all parties of the build-up so that everything runs smoothly and we are ready in time for the event. Because a well-planned and coordinated set-up and take-down ensures that all aspects of your event function properly and that your guests have a positive experience.
Transport
Transporting materials around your event can be a complex and challenging job. This is why we make sure that everything is transported safely and efficiently. This includes a piece of logistics and transport from our own warehouse. In which we collect all event materials together and transport them with our own transport to the event location.
But this includes logistics and communication with outside parties. With any equipment that is rented once, several outside parties will meet at your event. We arrange all the planning and communication around these transports so that everything is there on time.
