Our working method
We always begin a collaboration by establishing your client's goals. Do you want a one off event? Are you looking for a well-designed event calendar? And what are the goals of the event itself.
Then we get to work planning your event. We work out a proposal down to the last detail and then discuss the possibilities with you. After agreement, we then actually produce the event. We provide an extensive planning that you as the client can access at all times to see the process. Throughout the process we stay in touch so that all your wishes become reality.
On the day itself, our production role continues and we are the point of contact for all parties. From our warehouse we take care of the transport of all materials and the construction and dismantling. We are there for all production questions from your organization and provide support throughout the event.
