Next Gear Circuit Zandvoort - Futureproof Group

March 21 we organized the energetic "Next Gear" event for our client futureproof group at Circuit Zandvoort. The day was all about collaboration, networking and mental resilience. For the event we had a nice production process in which we brainstormed together with the client for the best content for the event and together with the location and suppliers we put together a practhig program. 

The event began with a plenary session, followed by a very special tour of the track. Namely with a number of touring buses! During the laps there was plenty of information about the circuit and there was also time for a group photo at the start finish. After that we had lunch and the first networking sessions started. After lunch the pitches came on stage. Michael Kortekaas followed with an inspiring and energetic keynote on mental resilience.

Next, the group of guests split into two. One entered the slalom competition from DriverId. The others started with a roundtable discussion, went through the vendor plaza or ventured into 1 of Cars & Stars' activities. After both groups experienced all the activities, the end of the event began. The winners of the slalom competition were crowned. This was followed by delicious food and networking.
