SAT year event - EY Parthenon
In April, it was finally time for the event we had been looking forward to for a long time. In August 2024, we started producing the SAT year event for EY Parthenon. For nine months we worked hard with the team at EY Parthenon to put on a beautiful three-day event, and we certainly succeeded.
For three days, Circuit Zandvoort was our home base. On Wednesday, our build-up began in the morning to make the Champions Lounge fully ready to receive 250 guests. Colleagues from all over the country will come together for three days to meet and network. Late in the afternoon, we welcomed guests for an initial program. The event was kicked off with a short talk and social drinks. After dinner, the ice was broken with a fun game where all guests had to really connect and work together. After this cozy first evening, the guests went to their Center Parcs cottage where all guests are staying these three days.
Day two began with a number of keynotes and panel discussions presented to each other by the chairman of the day, Sofie van den Enk. After lunch it was time for some action and the guests divided into groups engaged in different activities. There was a choice between mountain biking, sports on the beach, painting, sim racing or Cars & Stars. Before dinner, all guests had some time to freshen up before everyone gathered in the Dutch Grand Prix lounge for a delicious BBQ. Guests were just able to catch the last rays of the sun while eating and then enjoyed a real party in the lounge with live band Session and DJ.
Day three was short but sweet with some short keynotes and announcements in the morning. Afterwards, it was time for lunch and guests returned home to enjoy the weekend.
Three intense but very successful days.
