Housekeepers Day - HotelPartner
September 4, it was finally time for HotelPartner's Housekeepers Day. A super energetic event for managers of the various housekeeper teams throughout the Netherlands. HotelPartner offers support to hoteliers in the areas of Housekeeping & Cleaning and Equipment & Amenities. For this fine company we were able to organize a beautiful event in the form of the Housekeepersday, at the beautiful Green Village in Nieuwegein.
As a guest, you don't often notice it, but housekeeping in a hotel is an absolute profession. They are the invisible positive force that can make the guest feel like no one has ever been in the room before. All clean and fresh, sleek and neat. Everything the guests need. In this, HotelPartner and their staff are a major player in the hospitality industry.
Our client HotelPartner came to us with the request to develop an event concept based on their employee core values; feel at home, with each other, a place for growth, challenge and consideration for each other. This eventually resulted in a fantastic afternoon for the supervisors team and regional managers in which they met new people, shared knowledge and tips and gained new insights. After this event, they were able to take the next step with their team on location.
The very green and enchanting location Green Village was the perfect venue for this event, and over 60 colleagues from all over the country traveled to Nieuwegein. We put the core values back into the program for the day through cooperation, competition, laughter, activities and getting to know each other in a fresh and fun way. But also by gaining new knowledge and inspiration by integrating an appropriate keynote speaker into the program. With plenty of humor and unique anecdotes, Milo Berlin was the right man in the right place. Our own colleague, Alex in addition to his role as event manager also presented the entire program throughout the day as day chairman. Which created a fine dynamic and flow in the event. In addition to the delicious catering that the venue provided for the guests throughout the day, for dessert during the drinks and BBQ, the Compliments Makers were present. They wrote a sweet, reflective "portrait" in the form of a compliment for each guest present, which made the day extra special.
It was a joy to take care of this production from A to Z for our client and relieve them of the entire event production process.
