Grand Opening - IVC Evidensia
After an efficient relocation, November 23, it was time to open the beautiful new premises of IVC Evidensia, the animal hospital with the highest level of veterinary care for all pets, farm animals and horses in the Netherlands. Our client IVC Evidensia moved from Zwanenbrug to Amstelveen where they now have a fresh and beautiful new building where they can provide the best care for their patients and owners. We had the honor of organizing the opening of this.
It was a rainy day, but inside, the Grand Opening of the new building was a great success. We transformed the canteen into an event hall, where we hosted all the guests. The event started with the business part, where several veterinarians, relations and other stakeholders were present. Several persons gave a short talk about the veterinary hospital itself, the organization and the renovation of the premises. Alderman Sustainability Floor Gordon of the Municipality of Amstelveen was present to also speak briefly and, together with Kef van Helbergen, the COO of Evidensia, and Heimen van Silfhout, one of the project leaders of the realization of the renovation, officially open the premises. After the opening, all guests were taken through the building for an exclusive tour of all the different departments. After the business part was concluded, the family and friends of all employees also stopped by for the Grand Opening and also got an exclusive look around the new building. The afternoon was rounded off by the fine music of Marleen & Manuel and delicious gastronomy by FoodFavors.
